Disassembly and assembly of bearings Bearings should be cleaned before installation. During installation, special tools should be used to press the auxiliary bearing flat and straight evenly. Do not knock with a hand hammer, especially prohibit direct knocking on the bearing. When the bearing seat ring and the seat hole are loose, the seat hole should be repaired or the bearing should be replaced. Do not use the method of hemp point or copper pad on the bearing surface. When the bearing is disassembled, an appropriate puller should be used to pull the bearing out, not using chisels, handhammers and other percussion bearings. 2. Lubrication of bearings The commonly used lubricants of rolling bearings are lubricating oil and grease. When the circumferential speed of the shaft is less than 4-5m/s, or the parts of the automobile that cannot be lubricated with lubricating oil, grease is used for lubrication. The advantage of grease lubrication is that the sealing structure is simple, the grease is not easy to lose, is not affected by temperature, and a grease can be used for a long time. The use of grease should pay attention to two problems, one is to choose the appropriate brand of grease according to the requirements of the car manual. For example, automobile water pump bearings should not use nf grease, because of its poor water resistance. Second, the grease in the bearing should be appropriate, generally only filling the bearing cavity of 1/2-L /3 is appropriate, too much is not only useless, but also increase the running resistance of the bearing, make it heat up. Special attention should be paid to the automobile hub bearings, to advocate "empty hub lubrication", that is, only a layer of grease on the bearing can be coated with an appropriate amount of grease, otherwise, not only waste and poor heat dissipation, but also make the grease heat spillover, may affect the braking performance. The advantages of lubricating oil lubrication are small friction resistance and heat dissipation. It is mainly used for bearings with high speed and high working environment temperature. The grade of lubricating oil should be selected according to the requirements of the car manual, and the car maintenance cycle should be replaced in time. After the old oil is released, the mechanism should be cleaned and then the new oil should be added. Refueling should be added to the specified line, or flush with the refueling port (depending on the specific structure and requirements of the car), and cannot be added.
