Bearing noise Rolling bearings are allowed to have slight running noise at work. If the noise is too large or there is abnormal noise or crash, it indicates that the bearing has failure. Rolling bearings produce noise for more complex reasons, one is the bearing inner and outer ring mating surface wear. Fatigue spalling of bearing raceway will reduce the running accuracy of shaft and cause vibration and noise of mechanism. 2. Bearing burns The raceway and rolling body of the burned bearing have backfire color. The cause of burns is generally insufficient lubrication, lubricating oil quality does not meet the requirements or deterioration, and bearing assembly is too tight. 3. Uneven pits appear on the contact surface of the raceway and roller of the plastic deformation bearing, indicating that the bearing produces plastic deformation. The reasons for cage breakage are insufficient lubrication, broken rolling body, skewed seat ring, etc. 6. The metal of the cage may adhere to the rolling body because the rolling body is stuck in the cage or not lubricated enough. 7. Serious wear on the raceway of the seat ring may be caused by falling into the foreign body in the seat ring, insufficient lubricating oil or inappropriate lubricating oil brand.
