Classification of joint bearings


Count the first number from left to right or add the first and second numbers together


"6" represents deep groove ball bearing (class 0)


"4" represents double row deep groove ball bearing (class 0)


"2" or "1" for aligning ball bearing (base model total four numbers) (class 1)


"21", "22", "23" and "24" indicate self-aligning roller bearings. (3)


"N" for cylindrical roller bearings (including a part of a short cylindrical roller and a slender needle) (class 2)


The "NU" inner ring has no rims.


"NJ" inner ring single baffle.


Single flange of "NF" outer ring.


The "N" outer ring has no edge.


"NN" double row cylindrical roller, outer ring without flange.


"NNU" double row cylindrical roller, inner ring without flange.


Roller length is at least 5 times the diameter size, called needle roller bearings (4 classes)


"NA" rotary cut outer ring needle roller bearing


"NK" stamping housing needle roller bearings


"K" needle roller and holder assembly, without inner and outer rings.


"7" represents angular contact ball bearings (6 classes)

"29" represents thrust self-aligning roller bearing (category 9)
