Pretreatment method of bearing surface rust

Imported bearing corrosion is caused by a variety of internal and external factors, summed up mainly:


1, metal surface finish (oxygen concentration difference battery corrosion).


2. Chemical composition and structure of metal materials.


3. The composition and pH of the solution in contact with the metal surface;


4. Ambient temperature and humidity.


5. Various environmental media in contact with the metal surface.


6. In addition, human sweat is also the cause of bearing corrosion, and its pH value is 5 to 6. Therefore, in order to prevent rust caused by hand sweat, installation and production personnel should wear gloves, and do not casually touch imported bearings.


Apply antirust oil to prevent SKF bearings from rusting


1. Immersion method: some small imported bearings are soaked in antirust grease. The thickness of oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of antirust grease. A method for affixing a layer of rustproof grease to its surface.


2. Brush coating method: pay attention to evenly smear on the surface of imported bearings when brushing, do not accumulate, and also pay attention to prevent leakage.


3, spray method: some large antirust is not suitable for immersion method, generally with about 0.7mpa pressure of filtered compressed air in clean air spray. Spray method for solvent dilution anti rust oil or thin layer of anti rust oil. This method must adopt perfect fire and Labour protection measures.


Pretreatment method of SKF bearing surface rust: 1. Surface cleaning: cleaning must be combined with the nature of imported bearing surface and the conditions at that time. The commonly used methods are solvent cleaning method, mechanical cleaning method and chemical treatment cleaning method. 2. The surface can be dried and cleaned with filtered dry compressed air. Or use a dryer to dry at 120~170℃, and finally dry with a clean gauze.
